用户协议（EULA）与自动续费服务协议

欢迎使用「拼字集」！本协议适用于应用客户端及其关联页面。使用本应用即表示您已阅读并同意本协议全部条款。

1. 服务内容

拼字集是一款提供汉字查询、笔顺动画、OCR 拍照识字及手写识别功能的字典应用。我们会持续更新功能体验，具体可用内容以应用内实际展示为准。

2. 会员订阅与自动续费服务

拼字集提供「Pro 会员」订阅服务，用于解锁无限制 OCR 识别、手写识字、动态笔顺动画等高级会员权益。当前订阅方案以应用内购买页展示为准，主要包含月度与年度自动续费订阅以及终身买断方案。

📋 订阅方案说明

• Pro 月会员：自动续费订阅，按月计费。
• Pro 年会员：自动续费订阅，按年计费。
• Pro 永久会员：一次性买断，终身享有 Pro 权益，非自动续费。

自动续费规则：

• 您仅在明确同意自动续费条款后方可完成购买。
• 购买成功后，费用将通过您选择的平台账户（如 Apple ID、华为应用内支付等）进行扣款。
• 除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消订阅，否则系统将在到期前 24 小时内自动续费。
• 如购买页展示免费试用期，试用期结束后将按页面展示价格自动续费；试用期内取消则不会进入下一周期扣费。
• 免费试用期的未使用部分（如有）将在订阅生效时失效。

3. 订阅管理与取消

您可以随时在系统账户中管理或取消自动续费订阅：

• iOS 版本：前往「设置」→「您的姓名」→「订阅」→「拼字集」进行管理与取消。
• HarmonyOS 版本：设备「设置」→「华为账号」→「付款与账单」→「自动续费/免密支付」（或「订阅」），选择「拼字集」进行管理与取消。
• 取消后，您仍可在当前已付费周期内继续使用会员功能，到期后将不再扣费并恢复至免费状态。

4. 退款政策

所有支付与退款由对应应用商店平台（如 Apple App Store、华为 AppGallery）处理。取消自动续费不等于退款。若需退款，请按订单所属平台的官方退款规则与流程申请。

5. 账号与数据

当前版本不强制要求注册账号。您的设置偏好、缓存数据主要存储于本地设备；购买状态由应用商店账户体系管理与恢复。

6. 使用规范

请勿通过非正常方式篡改应用、绕过付费限制或干扰服务运行；请勿利用本应用从事违法活动、发送恶意请求或侵犯他人合法权益。

7. 知识产权

本应用及落地页中的程序代码、界面设计、图标素材与品牌标识等受法律保护。未经授权，不得复制、传播、反编译或用于商业再分发。应用中展示的开源项目与代码版权归原作者或开源协议所有。

8. 免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供，内容数据依赖于本地数据库与第三方接口。我们不对数据的绝对实时性、准确性或因第三方接口故障导致的中断作保证。在法律允许范围内，我们不对因使用本应用导致的间接损失承担责任。

9. 协议更新

我们可能根据产品迭代、法律法规变化更新本协议。更新版本发布后即生效，建议您定期查看本页面。

End User License Agreement (EULA) & Auto-Renewal Terms

Welcome to PinyinDic! This agreement applies to the app client and its associated pages. Using this app indicates that you have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement.

1. Service Description

PinyinDic is a dictionary app providing character lookup, stroke animation, OCR recognition, and handwriting features. We will continuously update the feature experience; specific available content is subject to what is actually displayed in the app.

2. Pro Membership & Auto-Renewal Services

PinyinDic offers a "Pro membership" subscription service to unlock advanced features including unlimited OCR, handwriting recognition, and dynamic stroke animations. Current subscription plans are subject to what is displayed on the in-app purchase page, mainly including monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option.

📋 Subscription Plans

• Pro Monthly: Auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly.
• Pro Annual: Auto-renewable subscription, billed annually.
• Pro Lifetime: One-time purchase, lifetime Pro benefits, not auto-renewable.

Auto-Renewal Rules:

• You may only complete a purchase after explicitly agreeing to the auto-renewal terms.
• After a successful purchase, charges will be made through your selected platform account (such as Apple ID, Huawei in-app payment, etc.).
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the system will automatically renew and charge within 24 hours before expiration.
• If a free trial period is displayed on the purchase page, charges will automatically renew at the displayed price after the trial ends; canceling during the trial will not result in charges for the next period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if applicable) will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

3. Subscription Management & Cancellation

You can manage or cancel auto-renewable subscriptions at any time through your system account:

• iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > PinyinDic.
• HarmonyOS: Device "Settings" → "Huawei ID" → "Payment & Billing" → "Auto-Renewal/Automatic Payments" (or "Subscriptions"), select "PinyinDic" to manage and cancel.
• After cancellation, you may continue to use Pro features for the remainder of the current paid period; after expiration, no further charges will be made and you will revert to the free tier.

4. Refund Policy

All payments and refunds are handled by the corresponding app store platform (such as Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery). Canceling auto-renewal does not constitute a refund. For refunds, please apply according to the official refund rules and process of the platform where the order was placed.

5. Account & Data

The current version does not require mandatory account registration. Your settings, preferences, and cached data are mainly stored on the local device; purchase status is managed and restored by the app store account system.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not tamper with the app in abnormal ways, bypass payment restrictions, or interfere with service operations; do not use this app for illegal activities, send malicious requests, or infringe on others' legitimate rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The program code, interface design, icon assets, and brand identifiers in this app and landing page are protected by law. Without authorization, you may not copy, distribute, decompile, or use them for commercial redistribution. The copyright of open-source projects and code displayed in the app belongs to the original authors or their respective open-source licenses.

8. Disclaimer

This app is provided "as is," and content data depends on local databases and third-party interfaces. We make no guarantees regarding the absolute real-time nature, accuracy, or interruptions caused by third-party interface failures. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by using this app.

9. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement based on product iterations and changes in laws and regulations. Updated versions take effect upon publication; we recommend checking this page regularly.
